The University of Tartu will host the Workshop on Uncertainty in Machine Learning (WUML 2026) from 2–4 February 2026.
Following previous editions in Munich (2024) and Milan (2025), this interdisciplinary workshop continues to provide an open forum for discussing the latest developments and challenges in modeling and quantifying uncertainty in machine learning.
First held in 2015, WUML has become an annual event since 2023, with editions also organized in Ghent, Munich, and Milan. The workshop gathers researchers and experts interested in uncertainty in machine learning, exploring new research directions and fostering knowledge exchange within the international scientific community.
WUML 2026 will be an informal event, offering opportunities for talks, poster presentations, or attendance as a listener. Participation is free of charge, and the workshop is expected to attract up to 150 attendees.
