Cruffin at Aparaaditehas is the place where it all began. It was our first bakery and remains the heart of the entire enterprise. Hidden in the creative quarter of Tartu's Aparaaditehas, Cruffin is a warm, bread-scented place where mornings start early, croissants rise slowly, and time passes at a slightly different speed.

The counter always offers carefully prepared pastries: both classic buttery croissants and playful surprises, such as our famous cheesecake croissant. If you come at the right time, you might also grab warm sourdough bread straight from the oven.

But Cruffin at Aparaaditehas is not only a favorite spot for bread fans. On weekends, a delicious brunch menu awaits, perfect for slow mornings with family or friends. Delightfully silky scrambled eggs, fluffy pancakes... and of course, at the heart of every dish is our homemade bread.

Compared to our smaller location, Cruffin at Tartu's Town Hall Square, there is more space here, a calmer atmosphere, and the opportunity to truly relax. It's like a home café that keeps drawing people back.
