Guided tour ‘Flavours of the Onion Road: from onion pies to chicory coffee’

The Onion Road has many layers of flavours. During the tour, we will discover the local culture through all of them. Participants will learn the secrets of Ivan Chai, eat the famous onion pies of Kostja, taste chicory cake and coffee, and drink local craft wines.
In addition, we will make a bag with block printing, learn the story of the Old Believers and the Baltic German landlords, and find out how the locals grow onions.
It is possible to order the tour with (additional 150 euros) or without a guide.
We will choose the dishes and places in accordance with your wishes and the season.
