On 25 November, the Tartu Conference Ambassador Club gathered at the brand-new Elutuba Lava Taga experience venue. Visit Tartu, the Estonian Convention Bureau, and the vibrant ambassador community came together to share updates from the sector, strengthen partnerships, and explore creative event solutions.

Elutuba Lava Taga offers private event rooms with a fresh, modern design. The venue accommodates up to 150 standing guests and 100 seated theatre-style, with the stylish NÜANSS bar serving drinks that all are little works of art. This combination makes it ideal for conferences, workshops, receptions, or networking events.
The seminar included a panel discussion, “Conference Planning is Not Rocket Science”, where experts from Publicon PCO and Konverentsimeistrid PCO shared the latest trends and practical tips for smooth and successful event management.
The creative part of the program offered hands-on workshops: in the SÕÕR Circular Economy Lab, participants designed 3D-printed candle holders while learning sustainable design principles. In the “Plant Babies” workshop, attendees explored simple, eco-friendly plant propagation and took home their own seedlings. In the botanical screen-printing workshop, participants decorated textiles and accessories with seasonal plant motifs, giving new life to everyday items.
Catering was provided by Royal Catering & Events, winner of the 2025 Tartu Business Awards, offering an exceptional dining experience with restaurant-quality cuisine and impeccable service.

This combination of Elutuba Lava Taga, Royal Catering, NÜANSS Bar, and SÕÕR workshops exemplifies the seamless collaboration that ensures every event’s success. All partners share years of experience and a commitment to sustainable practices, strongly reflecting Tartu as a sustainable City.

The Ambassador Club meets at least twice a year to inspire, network, and strengthen the local conference community. Learn more about the club and its activities here.
