Restaurant Hõlm has a first-class menu and high-quality service, and everyone feels welcome there. Chief cook Lauri Ülenurme and his team create unforgettable taste experiences, as they think through all of the details, and prepare and serve them correspondingly. A special feature of the restaurant is its open kitchen, which creates harmony between the visitor and kitchen, and gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy extraordinary culinary art. Additionally, the restaurant surprises its visitors with recipes which are taken from the recipe collection of 1925–26 by Lydia Grünmann Holm. The restaurant's name was inspired by the author's last name – Hõlm.
