The autumnal Buffet Day focuses on the local Peipsi onion, but in the spring, we will organise the Fish Buffet Day. It is a somewhat smaller than the autumnal event but still important. Locals will open buffets in their home and serve at least one dish which is made from fish caught from Lake Peipus.
