Esindatud on nii r\u00e4\u00e4bis, haug, koha, latikas, ahven kui ka luts. Lihas\u00f5pradele pakuvad maitseid metssiga, metskits, p\u00f5der, kobras, k\u00fc\u00fclik, kits, lammas, veis ning k\u00f5rvale v\u00e4\u00e4rikad lisandid aedadest ja p\u00f5ldudelt. Metsaseened nii pirukates, suppides, salatites kui ka pelmeenides. Taasavastamist pakuvad vanad head klassikud bubert, lumepallisupp, kohevad vanaemade\/vanaisade pannkoogid, kohupiimapont\u0161ikud ning uusi \u00fcllatusi n\u00e4iteks kukeseene- ja kurgij\u00e4\u00e4tis v\u00f5i kukeseene br\u00fcleekreem.<\/p>\n<p>Lisaks Peipsi toidule saab nautida kultuuriprogramme ja esinejaid, vaadata n\u00e4itusi, osta kaasa kohalikku s\u00f6\u00f6ki-jooki, varuda sahvrist talveks vajaminev. K\u00f5ik see on ehe, p\u00e4ris ja naturaalne.<\/p>\n<p>Tartumaa maitsete aasta raames on festivalil t\u00f6\u00f6tuba, kus saab maitsta, mida p\u00f5nevat valmistab siinsest toorainest Emmanuel Wille.
